Mexican Meat Loaf

  • 1 1/2 Lbs. ground chuck beef
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 egg, unbeaten
  • 1 cup ALBERT'S MEXICAN HOT SAUCE
  • Cracker crumbs

Mix together beef, bell pepper, egg and hot sauce. Add enough cracker crumbs to form into a loaf. Bake in oven at 350.

 

Mexican Style Steak

  • 1 1/2 to 3 Lbs round steak
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 2 cups ALBERT'S MEXICAN HOT SAUCE
    (more If needed)

Pour flour onto both sides of steak. Melt fat over medium heat. Add steak and brown on both Sides. Spoon out excess fat Add other ingredients. Cover and simmer until tender

   

Avacodo Dip

  • 2 Avocados, peeled
  • 1/2 cup ALBERT'S MEXICAN HOT SAUCE
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

Cut Avocados into cubes and put in blender. Add hot sauce and lemon juice. Blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed. Serve with your favorite chips. About 2 1/2 cups

   

Omlette Mexican Style

  • 4 thin slices of bacon minced
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • ALBERTS MEXICAN HOT SAUCE

Brown bacon. Add hot sauce and heat but do not boil. Beat eggs with milk. Melt butter in another skillet and pour eggs in. Fry slowly until eggs are set. Pour sauce over eggs and fold over. Remove to oven proof dish, add cheese and melt. Serves 6.
